Most episodes will feature a member of our critical care nursing team as they share their thoughts on their inspiring and, often, challenging work.
A few episodes will also feature other staff from the multidisciplinary ICU team, as they talk about working closely with their nursing colleagues.

About intensive care
The Alfred's ICU employs more than 300 nurses and 50 specialist ICU doctors - better known as intensivists.
The unit provides treatment for some of the most complex and critically ill patients in the country, and admits around 2000 patients every year. To read more about our ICU click here.
