What is CCHS?
Caulfield Community Health Service (CCHS) is a comprehensive service consisting of centre, community and home based health professional services and health promotion activities to assist our community to improve and maintain its health.

Who Can Access Services?
CCHS focuses on supporting people who live, work or study within the northern half of the City of Glen Eira and the eastern three quarters of the City of Stonnington. Some services are also available for people from other areas.

CCHS receives funding from the Federal and State Governments. This funding is further supported by fees generated through the provision of services and by obtaining various philanthropic trusts and grants.
